Breakfast at the hotel. Then you will be met by our English Egyptologist tour guide to begin your first-day tour by visiting the Pyramids of Giza “Khufu, Khafre & Menkaure”, the place the greatness has been embodied in three pyramids with a limestone statue of the Sphinx guarding the whole area. Then proceed to one of our local restaurants to have your lunch. After that you will proceed to the city of Sakkara, the place you will be so excited by exploring The Step Pyramid of King Djoser. This pyramid has a very nice story about when King Djoser asked his chief Architect Imhotep to create something different so that the king could be buried. As a result, the well-known Architect creates the Step pyramid, which surprised the king so much since it was considered to be a new achievement in this period. Finally, we will drive towards Memphis, the place you can visit The Open Air Museum including the marvelous monuments of King Ramses II. After finishing your day tour, you will get back to your hotel in Cairo overnight. Transfers to the train station for your overnight Sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner on the train.

Upon arrival at Aswan railway station, our representative will meet you inside the airport, holding a sign of Luxor and Aswan Travel and your name. Then you will join your Egyptologist tour guide to discover the great city of Aswan, including The High Dam, which has been erected by the Egyptian president Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD to protect Egypt from the Nile flood. After that, you will enjoy sailing on the Nile River by motor boat till reach Agilika Island, where you will visit the Temple of Philae, which was erected during the Gaeco-Roman period and was dedicated to the goddess Isis (mother of the god Horus). Finally, you will be escorted to visit one of the marvelous sights in Aswan, The Unfinished Obelisk, which was made out of red granite and was dedicated to the god Amun Ra. After finishing your day tour, you will transfer to your Nile cruise for check-in & overnight in Aswan.

Breakfast will be served on board your ship. Later on, you will be transferred by a private A-C van to Abu Simbel. The original site was known as Meha in ancient times and was first documented in the 18th Dynasty when Ay and Horemheb had rock-cut chapels hewn in the hills to the south. Upon arrival, you will proceed to visit Abu Simbel Temples, which were built by King Ramses II. The first temple (the biggest one) was built by Ramesses II and was dedicated to the famous god Rahorakhty. While the second temple (the smaller one) was dedicated to the king himself and his beautiful wife Queen Nefertari. After finishing your day tour, you will drive back toward Aswan (distance takes approx. 03 hrs by car). Enjoy your lunch on board the cruise while sailing to Koum Oumbo city, arrive at Kom Ombo & then you will proceed to discover the Temple of Kom Ombo, the place the two gods Sobek & Haroeris were worshipped for a while. Get back to your ship and enjoy your lunch on the sun deck, watching the unique landscape of the fantastic river Nile. On its banks, the ancient Egyptian civilization has been created and flourished. After the tour, you will get back to your ship, relaxation, and refresh on board. Dinner meals will be served on board during cruising to the city of Edfu. Late evening arrives in Edfu and overnight.

Breakfast on the cruise. Then the guide will take you on a mysterious journey to the land of secrets. This guided tour of today begins by visiting one of the most wonderful temples in Egypt, the Temple of Horus in Edfu, which is considered to be one of the most well-preserved temples in Egypt. After that, you will revert back to your ship. Lunch will be served on board during the sailing to the city of Luxor.
Afternoon tour to the East Bank of Luxor (Karnak and Luxor temples):
You will discover the East Bank of Luxor including Karnak Temples Complex, which are the largest structures ever built in the history of mankind. The principal building is that of the god Amun Ra, since it was considered the house of god on the earth, the earlier structure date back to the middle kingdom, but there are some references that refer to the earlier buildings as old as the 3rd dynasty. Later on, you will proceed to visit the Temple of Luxor, which was built by one of the kings of the 12th dynasty and completed by the well know king Ramses II. This temple was located in the heart of ancient Thebes and, like Karnak, was dedicated to the main/chief god Amun Re. After finishing your day tour, you will be transferred back to your ship for rest and refresh. At night, the Egyptian folkloric show will be operated by the staff. Dinner will be served overnight in Luxor.

Breakfast on board. Disembarkation. After that, you will begin your magical tour in Thebes, the sacred land by exploring the wet bank of Luxor including the Valley of the Kings, which considers the royal cemetery of the Theban kings and rulers of ancient Egypt, and the location of the place our Pharaohs were buried. After that, you will proceed to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut at Deir El Bahari. This temple is considered one of the most fantastic examples of Architecture in ancient Egypt because it was totally carved inside the mountain. At the end of the tour, you will visit the Colossi of Memnon, which is belonging to King Amenhotep III. After that, you will Luxor airport to fly to Sharm El Shiekh via Cairo. Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to Ras Mohammed National Park which is both a terrestrial and an aquatic nature reserve. The 480 square kilometers protected area lies the place the Gulf of Suez meets the Gulf of Aqaba in Sinai’s southern extremity. Free day in Sharm or join our optional tour to The Monastery of St. Catherine located at the heart of Sinai and at the foot of the Gebel Musa, or Mount Moses. Fronted by gardens and cypress trees, the monastery is owned and run by the Greek Orthodox Church. Its rich library houses the world’s second-largest collection of illuminated manuscripts after the Vatican.
